The pastor needs to be Holy Spirit-driven, creative, willing to take appropriate risk, compassionate, and be a strong communicator with verified proficiency in pastoral leadership.
Founded in 1832, we are affiliated and aligned with the Churches of God General Conference (https://cggc.org/). Applicants must be willing to obtain licensure/ordination with the Eastern Regional Conference (ERC) of the Churches of God General Conference. Theological training from an accredited Bible college or seminary is required, degree preferred. This full-time role includes Biblical preaching to inspire spiritual growth, leading worship services, overseeing small groups, and shaping the overall direction of the church by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
